Grenada Village is a residential suburb situated in the northern hills of Wellington, the capital city of New Zealand.

The Village lies in a northwesterly position on the eastern side of the Northern Motorway, 2 kms north of Johnsonville, and 12 kms north of the central city.

The suburb was initially established in the mid/late 1970's, and currently has 340 homes with a population of approximately 1,000 residents.

The purpose of this site is to provide information about the characteristics and features of Grenada Village, with the intention of becoming a reference point for past, present and future residents of the community. It is also to provide interested parties of the role, objectives, and activities of the Grenada Village Community Association, Inc.

It also provides information on the amenities available to residents within the suburb, and outlines some of the history and development of the area which we are sure you will find interesting.
