Annual membership of the Association is by voluntary subscription of $10 per household
and covers the period October 1 to September 30.
All residents in Grenada Village are requested to become financial members of the
Association each year. A numbered membership card is provided to those that join.
The subscriptions assist the us in covering the direct cost incurred by the Association
during the year. These expenses relate to the production of the newsletter, the
children's Christmas Party, some general hall expenses not covered through hall
rental, general photocopying, and other miscellaneous items such as postage, stationary,
Income received from hall rental is separate and covers the specific costs with
administering the hall such as electricity annual lease, insurance, hall supplies,
and propane gas for heating.

All financial members of the Association are entitled to use the two tennis courts
at any time, free of charge.
Financial members receive a discounted hourly rate on the hire of the hall for various
social activities (children's birthday parties, meetings, clubs, classes etc.).
